At E3, we got to add to the Star Wars hype ahead of this year's Force Awakens blockbuster.

Disney unveiled new gameplay video for Star Wars Battlefront, and you can play as either the Empire or the Rebels in "epic 40 multiplayer battles."

The game will be available for PS4, XBO and PC on November 17th.

Sony made some gamers very happy this week, unveiling The Last Guardian (again), this time for PS4.

The title is the long-awaited sequel to Shadow of the Colossus, one of the higher rated games for the PS2, and one of my personal favorites.

Colossus came out in 2005, and there was a debut for The Last Guardian at E3 in 2009. Since then, there has been nothing but silence on the game, and most assumed it was dead on arrival.

Last December, however, creator Fumito Ueda said that development was proceeding under "completely new conditions," and now we have some more answers. The Last Guardian will launch next year for the PS4.

Legendary Yu Suzuki has unveiled that the long awaited third installment in the Shenmue series is in the works, via crowdfunding giant Kickstarter.

Reads the page: "Shenmue 3 is the true sequel to the classic open world action RPG games, Shenmue and Shenmue 2. Created for modern platforms (PC and PlayStation 4) and built in Unreal 4, Shenmue 3 will continue the legacy of Shenmue.

•Shenmue 3 will have familiar elements from its predecessors and new fight mechanics to achieve a new level of interactive storytelling.
•If this project reaches its funding goal, Shenmue 3 will be available on the PS4 and PC.
•Our ambition is to deliver a Shenmue experience that will draw in newcomers to the series and reward diehard fans with its deep story and rich gameplay.

Where we left off... Ryo Hazuki has made his way to China in search of his father's killer. There he meets a new travelling companion, Shenhua, and learns of a legend from her village that has foretold their path together.

The story continues as Ryo and Shenhua start off on a new journey that will take them farther into enemy territory, deeper into mystery, and ever closer to their destiny.

Will the mystery of the mirrors be revealed? How is Ryo's father connected to all of this? Will Ryo track down the Chi You Men cartel and face Lan Di in a final showdown?"

Nintendo presented Star Fox Zero today during E3, giving a gift to fans that had no idea the game was coming so soon.

At the end of the trailer, Nintendo promises a release this holiday season, far sooner than what most expected.

Among the new features showcased is the ability to transform your Arwing fighter to a walking mech robot where you can use the GamePad controller to move to cockpit view.

Ubisoft has unveiled a new game, For Honor, a new kind of "melee combat experience."

The game allows you to start war as a knight, Viking or Samurai.

"Carve a path of destruction through the battlefield in For Honor! Enter the chaos of a raging war as a bold Knight, brutal Viking, or mysterious Samurai, three of the greatest legendary warriors. For Honor is a fast-paced, competitive experience mixing skill, strategy, and team play with visceral melee combat.

For Honor will launch next year for XBO, PS4 and PC.

Square Enix gave us a brief video today showcasing the upcoming "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided."

The trailer gives us cuts directly from gameplay footage and follows up the debut trailer from April.

Enix also gave us a more narrow time frame for release: "Early 2016."

Two years after they first debuted the game, Square Enix finally has new footage of the highly-anticipated "Kingdom Hearts 3."

The series, critically acclaimed and beloved by fans, last saw a release in 2005.

Square Enix showed off Just Cause 3 today, and there are explosions galore.

The publisher said today that the new sequel will launch for PS4, XBO and PC on December 1st.

During Microsoft's E3 keynote yesterday, developer Bethesda came out to show off gameplay footage for their upcoming Fallout 4 blockbuster.

When Bethesda first announced the game two days ago, we get some nice cinematic trailers, but now we have full gameplay.

At the time, Bethesda called it "the most ambitious game world [they] have ever created," and the company showed off a really immersive crafting experience .

Fallout 4 will launch for PS4, Xbox One and PC in November.

Yesterday at E3, the world was introduced to a new trailer for Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition Star Wars, adding to Disney's collection of Marvel, Disney and Pixar toys that can be used in video game form.

"Together new heroes can join forces with characters from previous editions and embark on adventures as big as your imagination in the 3.0 Toy Box! Disney Infinity encourages you to play your way, whether you explore open-world creation in the Toy Box or story-driven gameplay inside Play Sets!" reads the bio.

In addition, there will be a couple of bundles for sale, including a Clone Wars TV series and one based on the original trilogy.

The Star Wars Saga Starter Pack featuring Boba Fett is coming exclusively to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, announced Sony, giving PlayStation gamers a leg up on rivals.

Today during Sony's E3 keynote, the company announced that the upcoming Street Fighter V beta will launch exclusively on the PlayStation 4 next month.

PS4 pre-order customers will get access on July 23rd.

Microsoft has announced a new wireless controller for the Xbox One and Windows 10 aimed at the hardcore gamer.

The new Elite wireless controller costs $150 and the controller has swappable components meaning you can switch the D-pad for a joystick, and more.

Among the new features are four interchangeable paddles on the back side, Hair Trigger Locks for precise control in shooters and a textured rolling pad. The four paddles are customizable allowing you to remap as you choose

Microsoft will also release a new app to help gamers remap their controllers.

Password manager LastPass has sent out a security notice to all users confirming that some user data was stolen but most data should be secure.

Here is the full statement from LastPass, which includes the recommendation to change your master pass:

We want to notify our community that on Friday, our team discovered and blocked suspicious activity on our network. In our investigation, we have found no evidence that encrypted user vault data was taken, nor that LastPass user accounts were accessed. The investigation has shown, however, that LastPass account email addresses, password reminders, server per user salts, and authentication hashes were compromised.

We are confident that our encryption measures are sufficient to protect the vast majority of users. LastPass strengthens the authentication hash with a random salt and 100,000 rounds of server-side PBKDF2-SHA256, in addition to the rounds performed client-side. This additional strengthening makes it difficult to attack the stolen hashes with any significant speed.

Nonetheless, we are taking additional measures to ensure that your data remains secure. We are requiring that all users who are logging in from a new device or IP address first verify their account by email, unless you have multifactor authentication enabled. As an added precaution, we will also be prompting users to update their master password.

Bethesda got E3 off to a roaring start with a nearly 8-minute long gameplay video of the upcoming DOOM sequel.

The gameplay trailer showed off a lot of weapons you can use to kill some demons, including the Shotgun, Super Shotgun, a Plasma Rifle, a Heavy Assault Rifle, a Chainsaw and finally a Rocket Launcher. There's also a lot of arms getting torn out of their sockets and brutal finishing moves.

Bethesda also confirmed the game is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC in Spring of next year.

Alibaba will launch a Netflix clone for China in the coming two months, as the online video streaming industry begins to pickup significantly in the world's most populous nation.

The service will be called Tmall Box Office (TBO), and will include original programming as well as content from China and other nations.

Alibaba will compete against Tencent, Baidu, iQiyi, Sohu and Leshia, each of which has been investing millions to bring content to their respective platforms.

"Our mission, the mission of all of Alibaba, is to redefine home entertainment," said head of digital entertainment Patrick Liu. "Our goal is to become like HBO in the United States, to become like Netflix in the United States."

Most of the streaming services in China offer most of their content for free but TBO will be different. Liu says 90 percent of the content will be paid for, either by subscriptions or on a "show-by-show basis."
