Easy File Locker (64-bit) is a very useful tool that can lock files and folders, and/or hide them in Windows.

Want to protect access to files and folders for free? This tool will make it so that other users will be unable to open, read, modify, delete, move, copy the locked files/folders.

It also can hide files and folders in Windows for added security. You can password protect your settings too.

NOTE: This version is for 64-bit Windows. If you are using a 32-bit Windows OS, then download Easy File Locker (32-bit) instead.

Easy File Locker (64-bit) v1.5

This program just crashed my PC running Windows 7. PC will not start is and is locked in start up repair loop. I added an important folder to the program then decided to remove the folder. As soon as I did this blue screen of death. Its been years since Ive seen the BSOD. I fear my my set up may be FUBAR. Family photos, important passwords, tax records. Meh who needs them. BEWARE!!
